IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Strictly invitation only; ID and a booking will be required for entry.
Your ticket will be emailed to you within 15 minutes of booking. Please check your Junk / Spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
Please arrive at the start time shown on your ticket.
Entry is not guaranteed if you arrive less than 30 minutes before your timeslot ends.
Please have your ticket barcode ready to be scanned at the entrance.
All purchases must be completed within your timeslot.
Only one person can enter per booking.
Travel light – all coats, jackets, blazers and bags must be checked into our cloakroom.
There is an entrance fee of £2, which is donated to charity.
No food or drinks are allowed at the event.
Prams are not allowed on the shop floor.
